Registrations Now Open!

All persons intending to attend the Conference must complete a Registration Form. Please read the below registration information before you complete the Registration Form. Should you experience any difficulties please contact the Conference Managers at pvsec31@arinex.com.au

Your all-inclusive experience awaits! ​Physical attendees will have all catering breaks (morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch), the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner included in their registration rate. See the below ‘Entitlements’ section for more information.

Austrade Business Events Funding

PVSEC-31 has been approved for the Austrade Business Events Funding provided by the Australian Federal Government. The funding program allows eligible participants the opportunities to apply for up to 50% of your costs to participate to be covered. *Conditions apply.

Registration Terms and Conditions

The registration fee entitles all Physical Full and Student* Attendees to the following:

  • Access to all sessions
  • Access to the full program, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants via the Conference App
  • Access to the PVSEC-31 virtual portal with sessions on-demand post-conference as well
  • Tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner 
  • Full catering including Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea & Lunch
  • Electronic Certificate of Attendance post-conference

The registration fee entitles all Virtual Full and Student* Attendees to the following:

  • Access to all sessions
  • Access to the full program, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants via the Conference App
  • Access to the PVSEC-31 virtual portal with sessions on-demand post-conference as well
  • Electronic Certificate of Attendance post-conference

*A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded at the time of registration or sent via email to the Conference Managers at pvsec31@arinex.com.au.  Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.

The registration fee entitles Single Day Attendees to the following:

  • Access to all sessions on the nominated day
  • Full catering including Morning Tea, Afternoon Tea & Lunch on the nominated day
  • Electronic Certificate of Attendance post-conference
  • Ticket to the Welcome Reception (included only for those attending Monday as their nominated day)

Registration Confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Name Badge

All Physical Delegates (Standard, Student or Single Day Attendee) will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Certificate of Attendance

A digital Certificate of Attendance for the days associated with your registration will be emailed to you following the Conference. 

Credit Card

The preferred payment method is credit/debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Please note all transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Conference by Arinex, Sydney’.

Other Payment Options

For alternative payment methods, please choose option one while processing your registration and Electronic Funds Transfer details will be provided on the tax invoice. Please note, payment must be received by the Conference Organisers in order to attend the Conference.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers at pvsec31@arinex.com.au.

Registration Fees: 

  • Cancellations before Monday 13th September will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations before Sunday 31st October 2021 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • Cancellations from Monday 1st November 2021 will not be entitled to a refund.

Social Event Cancellations:

Payments are non-refundable from Monday 1st November 2021.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred. The Conference Manages reserve the right to cancel the in-person registration based on best information available at that time. If the in-person Conference is cancelled by the organisers, all physical registrations will be converted to a virtual registration and the difference in cost refunded with no administration fee.

Changes in Registration Categories:

All attendees are entitled to one change in registration type (between virtual and physical) at no additional fee before Sunday 31st October 2021.

From 1 November 2021:

  • Changing from virtual to physical registration will not incur any additional fees,
  • Changing from physical to virtual registration will receive a refund of the difference in fees, minus an admin fee of $82.50 to cover the admin required to manage the refund.

The program is correct at the time of publishing.  The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
